Providing high quality and customised chemical inputs for our industrial consumers on schedule, and fulfilling our responsibility to the environment and towards the workforce.

In 1965, our Founder Chairman, Late Mr. C V Paul set up Arborites Private Limited, the sister company of Polyformalin Private Limited.It was the first Liquid resin manufacturing company in South India in private sector.

In 1975, the company chose to opt for backward integration and has been since manufacturing formaldehyde, making it the first of its kind in Kerala. In 2006, Arborites Private Limited was merged into Polyformalin Private Limited to scale up productions

Mr. Paul saw the need and the flexibility of application of formaldehyde to be used by various industries, so he set up other units with the latest technology at Puthencruz and at Chemmand in Ernakulam district, Kerala. He introduced the concept of manufacturing high quality formaldehyde and the resins as per the specifications required by the customers and their industry-specific needs.

As a result of this, our varied customer base ranges from industries manufacturing plywood, rubber tyres, furniture, paper and also to outer space research and application industry. We pride ourselves in a national and international customer base.

Since 2017, Ms. Junu Joseph, daughter of Mr. Paul has headed the management and working of Polyformalin Private Limited. She is assisted by an efficient and dedicated team of managers and skilled technical team.

Today Polyformalin caters to industries across India and overseas. 12 of our high quality chemical products are dispatched across Kerala and also to customers in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and exported to Sri Lanka as well.
